Why not create some places that could be used for Easter in the various nooks and crannies around the church property. It could be used for a Sunrise Easter service, or an interactive journey for the children. If you think about it, there are probably all kinds places you could mix right in with the landscaping that is already in place. Whether it is in a corner of the graveyard, in the landscaping between the parking lot and the church building, or in the odd shaped bits of land between buildings, there are probably all kinds of places you could devote to this.
Build an arbor with a grape vine, table and benches to represent the last supper.
Buy a large urn to represent the man who was fetching water, and led the disciples to the upper room.
You don’t have to have a wall behind the crosses, but it does make them stand out. These are not quite life size, but are taller than average people.
On the other side of the wall is the empty grave. This one is much smaller than life size, so quite doable.

11 olive trees, representing the 11 disciples, line the path leading from the upper room grape arbor to the cross and empty grave.
One Judas tree was planted to represent Judas, of course.
